This Privacy Policy describes how Znow (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use the Znow mobile application.

We collect information needed to provide and improve the service, including:
- Personal identifiers: your mobile phone number and full name provided during registration or login.
- Location information: GPS coordinates, street address, city, and state used to check delivery coverage, estimate delivery time, and dispatch orders.
- Order and transaction information: items purchased, order preferences, and delivery timestamps.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to authenticate your account by phone verification, fulfil and deliver beverage and food orders, send transaction alerts and customer support communications, and prevent fraud, abuse, and illegal activity.
3. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data with trusted infrastructure providers, such as Supabase cloud databases and maps or geocoding APIs, only as needed to process orders and provide the service.
4. Data Security and Retention
We use security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and safeguards for stored information. We retain personal information only as long as needed to fulfil orders and meet legal requirements.
5. Your Rights and Account Deletion
You can request account deletion and erasure of your personal data in the Profile settings tab of the app, or by contacting our support team at withznow@gmail.com.
6. Children’s Privacy
Znow does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the effective date above.
