Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 8, 2026
1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Znow (“App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Znow mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Account Registration and Security
To place orders, you must register an account using a valid mobile phone number and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Ordering, Pricing, and Delivery
Product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. We use location services to fulfil deliveries to your selected address. Delivery times shown in the App are estimates and may vary with traffic, weather, and other operating conditions.
4. Payments and Cancellation
Payments are processed through authorised payment gateways. You may cancel an order before kitchen preparation begins. Once preparation has started, cancellation may incur the full order charge. Eligible refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days.
5. Intellectual Property
The Znow name, trademarks, logos, graphics, brand design elements, and App code are Znow’s intellectual property. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt unauthorised access to our server infrastructure, submit false information, or violate applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent activity.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Znow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App or inability to access the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
